The bid is in

Taking advantage of my day off I set up a viewing of the house me and the wife had looked at. We got a new agent that could explain what buying options we had and well.... We put a bid in. This being a holiday weekend means we will have to wait a few before we know what if it's ours but I have to say I feel good about this one and am very excited!
